In the Swim
Life as I know it can be frustrating. I believe that I have valuable knowledge that I can share with other people, yet, I am finding it very difficult to set up a simple thing like a Blog and share some of my hard earned knowledge with other people.

Older people really do have many things to share with the young. Hollywood seems to funstion on the premise that youth is eternal and youth is the only commodity of value. So, movies and television shows that were popular when I was young are now being redone by the youthful power brokers in Hollywood today. Corporations are opting for the younger set because they can pay them lower wages than they would have to pay someone my age and with my experience. Life appears to progress in a continuous circle, a circuitous journey that leads back to its start without advancing beyond the mystery of its beginning. Perhaps that is the facte of mankind; to ceaselessly seek answers, always asking questions, and never heeding the wisdom of what we have learned.
